Healthy Eating Project : Week 1

Hey everyone!   I decided that I am going to start a mini-blog series called the Healthy Eating Project. It is going to be 10 weeks.   This all the weeks leading up to Summer and two weeks into Summer. Each week I will post one healthy snack, smoothie, etc.   I love looking at people's blogs who have some healthy food up and it makes me want to have it or make it.   This is also a good way to keep up a schedule with blogging and having different ideas.   I'm excited!

So to kick off this mini series, I picked applesauce.   Since it is only the beginning of April, fruits aren't completely ripe such as Peaches, Plums, Apricots, Cherries, and Watermelon.   One thing that is in season since fall is apples!   I have had an overabundance of apples this winter but I still love applesauce.   I haven't had it in so long before I went to Trader Joe's. They honestly have the best applesauce.

Applesauce is a good fix for late night hunger.   It is sweet and the chunky is my favorite.   I got the big jar after seeing a Youtuber recommend it and I have been obsessed with it ever since.   If you are looking for a quick, easy, and healthy snack this is it.
