Prom Season WishList

Millybridal prom dresses

Hey everyone! It's officially prom season, and although I am not going to prom this year I am excited for all the styles. I am going to semi-formal this year, but right now I am going to talk about prom.  MillyBridal UK is a clothing store in London that specializes in bridal dresses and prom dresses.  They have a ton of options for prom including some vintage prom dresses! I am absolutely obsessed, so I compiled a bunch of prom dresses that I would put on my wishlist.

1. Scoop Neck Black Tulle Elastic Woven Satin Appliques Lace Long Sleeve Two Piece Prom Dress

This year, "two piece" dresses are the hottest type of dress on the market. The skirt part goes higher than your hips, and the top part usually stops at the rib cage. The only skin that really shows is a few inches of stomach. I find these type of dresses are 1) really classy and 2) makes you look taller. I am only 5'3, so usually I stay far away from long dresses, but I feel this dress would be an exception.

2.  V-neck Tulle Floor-length Appliques Lace Princess Unique Prom Dresses

This dress reminds me of a princess who lives in the forest from a fairytale. First of all I love he way the top half dips down, and how their is something that causes the waste to cinch. I also like how the dress is flowy because it further goes with the whole "princess" look. The dress is 135 euros, which is a pretty good deal for a dress that gorgeous.

3. Backless Ball Gown Satin Tulle Floor-length Beading Elegant Halter Prom Dresses
This dress is so beautiful! Do you see the color of the bottom half? What is unique about this dress is that it's a halter dress which is very sleek and elegant. This is definitely a dress that would cause head turns at prom.

4. Scoop Neck Chiffon Tulle Sweep Train Pearl Detailing A-line Fashion Prom Dresses

If you know me, then you know my favorite color is turquoise/teal, and so I obviously had to include a dress in that color. I especially like the detailing of the pearls on the top, and the "necklace". I am a fan of flowy dresses, so this is such a perfect dress for prom!

I hope you liked this post! Are you going to prom this year? What are your favorite prom dress styles?

Also, definitely checkout UK MillyBridal (linked above).

Sorry I haven't posted in a month, but get ready for upcoming posts from semi, my birthday, and some spring adventures!

  1. Ahh theses dresses are all so gorgeous! I already went to prom this year and my dress was somewhat like dress number 3, in the ballgown type.
